There are five things to do to get ready for mediation. If you have not contacted me yet and you wish me to provide a brief, courtesy, no-obligation evaluation simply to see if we can work to help you and the other party resolve your case, please fill out #1 only and a case manager will contact you. Otherwise, please complete all 5 items. After you complete each item you will be returned to this page.

Complete the Agreement to Mediate form (5 minutes, do this now)

Start compiling what you need to take part in the Mediation (30 minutes, must be complete before the start of mediation)
